[DLC] website outage

I'll check on the server tonight (no ssh out from work) and see if I
can see if anything was wrong with it.  Maybe Nicola can check today
during the day?  Last time I updated the server it was on a desktop
gateway machine and I'm sure it's nearing it's end of life.  It
wouldn't be a bad thing to move to better hardware.

Of course, I've been out of it awhile and could be wrong about this.
Maybe the server has been migrated and running on stable hardware?
Anybody?
