[DLC] COL on Linux?

Before I left there was a push by Epp (as Provost) for IT to replace
COL with something new, but I don't if any progress has been made.
Epp even commented that it was a piece of software that fit the need
at the time, and that improvements need to be made in order for the
system to expand outwards and give the university a competitive chance
in the evolving market place. I don't think DRM is much of a concern.
