[DLC] Website Hosting

I usually recommend servercentral (http://www.servercentral.net/) with
their center in equinix. They're not cheap, but you get what you pay
for - an excellent mix of bandwidth, fast dedicated techs on site, and
in the best data center in the area (www.equinix.com). They offer both
colo (as long as you've got a Rack mounted box) and dedicated.
If you're looking for cheap (and I mean cheap everything - don't expect
uptime or decent service) www.fdcservers.net is located in CBOT. I
um...wouldnt recommend them unless it's your personal box only. I had a
friend hosted with them and they "accidentally" unplugged his box and
null routed him a few times. But if you're looking for cheap and local,
there you have it :-p
So if you're looking for good everything, go servercentral :-p. They're
great people *thumbs up*. And no, I don't work for Servercentral. Just
they left that good of an impression on me from working with them before
and stories I've heard about them.

Subject: [DLC] Website Hosting
Hey all,
I currently have a dedicated server with a provider located in
Tennessee and would like to move it to a local Web Hosting provider
here in Chicago. What I wanted to know from you guys was if anyone
knows of any good service providers in the area that would allow me to
access the server remotely as well as locally in the case it goes
down.
Thank you in advance,
Davood
