I have been working with Drupal for about 6 months now. I have been
developing a site for the company I work for. While learning Drupal I also
became organizer of the Chicago Drupal Meet Up Group.

Your co worker could probably learn a lot at our monthly meet ups. Many
talented developers come to share knowledge. He can also email me if he has
any questions.

Larry Garfield who was the DLUG Drupal presenter is also very talented.

This also brings up another topic. If anyone is interested in using/trying
Drupal 4.7.4 or Drupal 5.1, I can set up an account on my servers for you to
play around.
