[DLC] ANNOUNCEMENT: DLC IRC CHATROOM

There was some discussion of the chatroom name early this morning, which I
will quickly summarize below:

Someone who was apparently not at the meeting last night (not that there's
anything wrong with that, neither was I) mentioned that they would have
suggested #depaul-linux.  The other option which had been discussed last
night - #DPLinux - was also mentioned.  Regarding DPLinux, I pointed out
that aside for its potential sexual connotation (don't bother asking, that's
what google is for if you're seriously that curious), there is already a
site http://www.dplinux.org.  However, I do agree that the previously not
suggested #depaul-linux is best - far more clear than either #dlc-linux or
#dplinux.  Being that the channel is brand new, this is probably the best
time to make a modification like that, if Ross and Elizabeth agree that it's
warranted.

Anyway, just throwing that out there for the record.
