[DLC] Friendly eeePC Competition?

I just found this little doozy on the EEEuser site. Apparently Everex also
has new ultra-moblie, ultra cheap laptop.Called the Cloudbook, seems to have
decent specs, but I'm quite doubtful of the VIA-support hardware, and the
512 Memory.  Anybody had any experience with Everex laptops? Think this
might mean trouble for Asus?
