I'm not familiar with a lot of the games, but N has a Gnu/Linux client
and is a lot of fun. It doesn't look like Penumbra itself has a client,
but Penumbra:Overture does: http://www.penumbra-overture.com/demo.php
Obviously Frets on Fire is available. Neverball, Toribash, Battle for
Wesnoth, Dark Oberon, and a number of the FPS games and
tributes/remakes listed are all available for Gnu/Linux.

Have fun!
