Meeting Details:

January's meeting will feature a presentation by Sherrod DeGrippo.

Sherrod will discuss the steps of Security Incident handling from beginning to end. Topics will include best practices for Handling incidents, putting together the IH team, containment and where forensics fits in the process.

Sherrod DeGrippo has worked in information security for 8 years. She has handled forensics for highly redundant ISPs and worked for the Federal Government performing intrusion analysis and forensics. Currently she is designing security solutions for Symantec.
