[DLC] DLC Site Down for A Bit

Hey Guys,

Good News...the server is not going down(at least for an extended period of
time). It's currently being moved to a new home, so, if you're receiving DNS
errors, it's because the move to the new address hasn't been resolved yet.
Anyways, should be back up soon, and I apologize for the inconvenience.
