<p class=MsoPlainText>The Alexian Brothers Bonaventure House, located in the Lakeview
neighborhood of Chicago, is seeking tutor(s) who can work one-on-one with
residents and former residents to assist in preparation for the GED exam.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoPlainText><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoPlainText>Subjects that we are looking for help with include
writing, social studies/U.S. Constitution, and math. Math help is usually the
area of biggest ongoing need. Previous experience with teaching or tutoring is
preferred, and solid knowledge of the subject area(s) you would like to tutor
is a must. This is a great opportunity to help someone achieve their goals!<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoPlainText>The tutor would be asked to meet once or twice weekly
with the resident over the next few months before the GED exam. Scheduling is
flexible although availability during weekday business hours is preferred.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoPlainText>The Alexian Brothers Bonaventure House is transitional
living facility for men and women who are living with HIV/AIDS and who are
either homeless or at risk of becoming homeless at time of admission. Our
program provides residents with a home, comprehensive services, and spiritual care,
with the goal of helping residents become independent and self-sufficient.
Seventy percent of residents graduate to independent living within their
