> The New Communities Program (NCP), is a 5 year demonstration program,
> that will assist the Garfield Park Conservatory Alliance (GPCA) in
> rebuilding the  West Garfield neighborhood through a comprehensive
> community building effort.  GPCA is seeking an experienced individual
> to lead this exciting effort.

> Responsibilities include:

>    * Directing Garfield Park Conservatory's  NCP effort;
>    * Developing and implementing a comprehensive revitalization
>      strategy;
>    * Supervising the NCP Coordinator;
>    * Working within the community and with government agencies as well
>      as outside consultants to further NCP.

> Bachelorís degree required.  Must have experience in designing and
> implementing social, housing, economic development or related
> programs; 5 years experience in consulting/management position in
> nonprofit, government or similar agency; an entrepreneurial
