Love Books?
This summer, begin a new chapter. Teach Reading.
The Institute of Reading Development is seeking candidates for summer
teaching positions in the Chicagoland area. Please also inquire about
teaching positions in other regions, if interested.
We are a private school that teaches reading enrichment programs in
partnership with the continuing education departments of more than 100
colleges and universities across the United States. Our classes teach
students of all ages to enjoy books and reading, to improve their
reading
comprehension, and to experience absorption in literature. We've been
teaching our programs since 1970, and we currently teach in every
major
metropolitan area in the United States.
Teaching for IRD is an opportunity to do meaningful work.
