[Grad_history_students] HISTORY CLUB!!!!

Hi all,

Ignore this if you've already received it.  If not, read on....

Dear intrepid historian (yes, you!):

You are cordially invited to the first History Club meeting of the
Autumn Quarter, on Friday, October 27, 2006 C.E.  We will be meeting
from 3:30 to 5:00 (er, pm) in room 308, Richardson Library.

But, be prepared for something a little different....  In commemoration
of that hallowed autumn tradition, the birthday of John Keats...okay,
no, not really.  We will be having a special pre-Halloween party, with a
special presentation by Dr. Krokar on "Dracula: Blood Sucking Fiend!
Fact or fiction?"  See the attached poster for more detail!  

And, remember to "save the date" of November 10 (same time, same place)
for our next meeting.  Then, we will ponder the great question..."are
all cornupoias 'veritable'?"  (Okay, just kidding, again.  We'll come up
with something appropriate, and even fun, for the end of the
quarter....)
