Dear History Students:
The History Department has invited 4 finalists for the Japanese Historian position to campus. The candidates will be on campus over the next two weeks. As part of the interview process, each candidate makes a teaching presentation. We would like to get as much feedback from history students as possible. Student assessment of candidates' teaching is a vital part of our deliberations. Therefore, we invite you to attend one or all of the four presentations. Indeed we would appreciate your participation so much that we are providing both pizza and soda:
Here's the relevant information:
3:30-4:30 in the classroom with the candidate, which includes a short time at the end for q & a from students
4:30-5:00 fill out a short evaluation of the candidate (pizza and soda served) in SAC 420
Dates & locations:
Todd Henry, Tuesday, January 29, Levan 505
Ethan Segal, Thursday, January 31, Levan 505
Martin Dusinberre, Tuesday, February 5, Levan 505
Mikael Adolphson, Thursday, February 7, SAC 154.
See you there,
BW
