STUDENT LUNCH INVITE (that means free food!)
As you may or may not know, William Cronon, author of Nature's
Metropolis and contributing author/editor of Uncommon Ground will be
coming DePaul University April 28th and 29th. He will be participating
in a number of events on campus during his stay here including a public
presentation of ideas explored in his new book, "Humanist
Environmentalism" at 6pm in SAC 154 on Monday the 28th.
I would like to invite all interested students to attend a luncheon
with William Cronon and members of Chicago Wilderness at 12noon on
Tuesday, April 29th. Lunch will be casual but will allow for additional
questions for Mr. Cronon as well as networking with people in various
fields from Chicago Wilderness. If you are interested in attending the
lunch, you must RSVP by Wednesday April 23rd to ensure space.
