[History_students] History Club second meeting

Beiriger, Eugene EBEIRIGE at depaul.edu
Fri Nov 4 12:03:50 CST 2005

Dear History Major:

On behalf of the History Club, I wanted to invite you to attend our
second meeting, Tuesday, November 15, at 3:30 pm in the Dorothy Day Room
of the Richardson Library (LPC 400). Please try to come. Again, it
will be a great opportunity to get together, chat, and begin discussing
the types of activities that you might enjoy in the months ahead.

At our first meeting, we discussed some ideas re: how best to
communicate with each other, how the history department can get
information out to its students, and what kinds of activities we should
schedule. We also will be alternating days next quarter between the
T/Th and the W/F schedules, so if you cannot make this meeting, we hope
you will try us again in the winter.

I'll provide more information next week about what we'll plan to do at
the November 15th meeting.

As with last time, please take a few minutes to check your schedule and
RSVP by clicking your "Reply" button and letting me know whether you can
attend or not (and if not, whether you are interested in attending
future club events).

I look forward to seeing you!

Regards, Gene Beiriger
