[Ccade] CPS Contract

HI All,
Melissa has not heard back from the CPS attorney.  We have decided not to
sign the contract.  Melissa feels like we reached out last week and that
attorney knows we have concerns.  She is perfectly comfortable not signing
given all of the ambiguity in the contract.  With that said, you obviously
have to make your own decision in consultation with your institutional
attorney.  We will keep pursuing a meeting with the "internal client" -
whoever that ends up to be!  My guess is that Melissa will hear something
toward the close of business.  I will keep you informed.
