[Ccade] Yikes!!

All,
Our attorney got a communication at about 1:45 this afternoon (after no
word since Monday) from the CPS attorney that we could have an extension on
signing the contract until 9/15 IF NO STUDENT TEACHERS BEGAN UNTIL 9/15!
 She claimed that there was no CPS contract before 2010 (maybe true but I
recollected negotiating with Arne Duncan prior to that and explained that
CCADE met with the CEO to discuss our concerns).  I am trying now to figure
out if I have to sign.  I am on my way to see that attorney.....and not a
happy camper.

I will keep you posted. Aisha - did you hear anything?
