[Ccade] Yikes!!

Hi Maureen &All,

I have not received any response from CPS. I have alerted our attorneys and
they are familiar with this process, as they were involved in the last
negotiations with CPS.  However, as my note to Leslie (copied below)
 states, UIC has a process that must be adhered to.  I just alerted our
attorney again of CPS's response to you.

I await all of their responses.

Good Afternoon Leslie,

I am the new director of CTE at UIC.  I look forward to working with you
and appreciate the relationship we have with CPS.

We received the new CPS contract and are requesting more time to review it
and allow it to go through our mandated university contract signing
process.  This process involves us going through our legal office then our
business office so that the contract can be put on the agenda for approval
at the next Board of Trustees meeting.

We will stay in communication with you throughout this process and ask for
your patience.
