Greetings,
Some of you may be interested in attending this talk next week at
Roosevelt University:

Next week the department of history and philosophy at Roosevelt
University will host a special event that I hope you will share with
students, faculty, and staff. Marthe Cohn - a French spy in WWII Nazi
Germany and Holocaust survivor - will speak at RU on Tuesday, June 7
from 4-6 pm in the Spertus Lounge. Professor Leon Stein will give
opening remarks. A student of mine (history major and secondary
education minor Marlise
Fein)
has helped to bring Mrs. Cohn to Roosevelt. We are fortunate to have her
visit as she is in town in early June for a family graduation. (She
lives in California and is 91 years old).
Please circulate the attached flyer and join us next Tuesday for this
extraordinary occasion.
Best wishes,
Chris
